The product offers customers an employee interface, giving organizations a tool that allows their employees to manage their own Internet use

Unlike traditional blocking and monitoring software, the FastTracker employee interface gives monitored employees access to the information that their managers see.

FastTracker posts the corporate Internet use policy at the bottom of the screen. When employees begin to violate the Internet use policy, the employee interface notifies them and their manager.

Employees can do their jobs and use the Internet without the fear that their manager is constantly watching them. At the same time, managers can focus on their own jobs and deal only with problem cases.
