Five Attorneys Join Groom Law Group

Mike Maricco, Michael Del Conte, Allison Tumilty, Nancy Funkhouser McTyre and Mark Carolan have joined the firm.
Before joining Groom, Attorney Mike Maricco spent six years as an attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC). He participated in Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) fiduciary breach cases and major bankruptcy cases affecting the agency.
Michael Del Conte worked for four years in the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) of the Department of Labor (DOL), where he served as the subject matter expert on the participant fee disclosure regulations.
