Florida Co. Sues Former Employee for Permanently Deleting Files
April 4, 2007 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - A U.S. District
Judge in Florida issued a temporary restraining order against
a former executive at a company that sells equipment and
supplies to long-term health care facilities for deleting the
files off his computer when he left his job for a
competitor.
