ftwilliam.com Unveils EGTRRA DB Plan Documents

May 17, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – ftwilliam.com has released pre-approved EGTRRA volume submitter defined benefit plan documents.

A news release said DB plans are available in both an Adoption Agreement/Basic Plan Document format and an individually designed (contract) format. Each document includes a summary plan description, any necessary amendments, and numerous forms.

The process to convert GUST plans to EGTRRA has been substantially improved for the plans, the announcement said. Users of the ftwilliam.com software also now have the ability to select all or a portion of plans for batch conversion at one time. 

In addition to the batch conversion, ftwilliam.com also plans to have an upload available for GUST versions of other vendor plans (upload a GUST document and it will be converted to EGTRRA at the same time).
