Goldk Acquires Paradigm Financial

provider GoldK acquired Paradigm Financial Corp, a
third-party administrator and retirement-consulting firm that
specializes in the administration of 401(k), profit-sharing,
and money-purchase plans.

Paradigm handles administration, education, IRS filing and reports, Department of Labor reporting, year-end reporting and ADP testing for its clients.
GoldK’s acquisition of Paradigm Financial Corp, for an undisclosed sum, is its third this year. Earlier it added the Retirement Plan Services division of Gallagher Benefit Services of Michigan (see Goldk Acquires Michigan Benefits Firm ) and A.C.G. Associates.
The acquisition brings an additional 120 plans, 7,000 participants, and $55 million in assets under administration to GoldK.
