Harvard Looking for Retirement Plans Assistant Director

March 11, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – Harvard University is looking to fill the position of Assistant Director, Retirement Plans.

According to the job posting, reporting to the Director of Benefits and Pension Financial Administration, the position is responsible for all qualified and non qualified defined contribution and defined benefit plan management, including 403(b) and 457(b) arrangements. This includes ongoing plan administration, long term design and strategy, compliance, and vendor management, directly or in collaboration with other Benefits Office colleagues.  

The person hired for the position will also be responsible for ensuring that retirement plan documents and administration are in compliance with Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) regulations.
