Health Insurance Plans not the Most Popular Wellness Services Provider

July 31, 2007 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - A greater number of employees trust an employee assistance program over their health insurance plan to provide wellness services, a recent poll suggests.

The poll of about 1,000 employees by ComPsych, a employee assistance program provider, found that more than half of respondents (51%) said they would most trust an employee assistance program to provide wellness services such as health risk assessments and coaching on personal health, weight loss, tobacco cessation, etc.
