Hewitt Bacon and Woodrow Join Forces

and Bacon & Woodrow have announced a new
partnership.

The two firms have integrated their businesses in the UK and Ireland to create a human resources consulting outfit. The new group is called Hewitt Bacon & Woodrow.
Hewitt Bacon & Woodrow will have approximately 1,600 associates and will offer a number of services, including:
- retirement and financial management, such as pension design and implementation, actuarial services, advice on funding and accounting strategies and communications programs,
- investment consulting, including investment strategy, investment monitoring, asset/liability advice, fund manager review and selection,
- human resources and benefits delivery including pension and flexible benefits administration and outsourcing, and defined contribution solutions, and
- regulatory risk consulting, including compliance advice, merger and acquisition due diligence and occupational pension scheme compliance
