Hewitt Names New Talent Leader

has announced that Erin Peterson has joined the firm as
Leader, Global Talent Acquisition.

Peterson, 44, will report to Tracy Keogh, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, and will play a key role in advancing Hewitt’s global talent pipeline, according to a press release.
Prior to joining Hewitt, Peterson was a Partner at Lantern Partners, a national senior executive search firm.
Prior to that, she spent nearly 19 years with Accenture and Accenture HR Services as a Director, managing large scale recruitment operations, building recruiting capability in the U.S., Europe, and India, and developing new business for their HRO offering.
