Hewitt Unveils New HR Consulting Execs

July 25, 2007 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Hewitt Associates on Wednesday announced it has tapped four executives for new positions in its North American Talent & Organization Consulting (TOC) business.

A Hewitt news release said the latest appointments included:

  • Ken Abosch to Practice Leader of Hewitt’s Broad-Based Compensation business,
  • Bob Campbell to Practice Leader of Hewitt’s Talent Management business,
  • Dick Rison to Practice Leader of Hewitt’s HR Effectiveness business; and
  • Jim Wolf to Practice Leader of Hewitt’s Executive Compensation business.

The four will report to Joanne Dahm, North American practice leader of Hewitt’s Talent & Organization Consulting (TOC) business.

Backgrounds

According to the announcement, Abosch, 48, has been responsible for leading the creation and launch of a number of Hewitt’s talent and compensation offers. For the past four years, he has co-led Hewitt’s Talent/HR team in the Midwest. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Northwestern University and is based at Hewitt’s headquarters in Lincolnshire, Illinois.

In addition to Campbell’s consulting experience, Hewitt said he has managed HR Planning and Development in major pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and retail organizations. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh. He is based in Hewitt’s Norwalk, Connecticut office.

Before Rison, 50, became the leader of Hewitt’s HR Effectiveness business, he was a senior consultant in the practice where he focused on managing large client HR transformation projects as well as the development of Hewitt’s HRE content methods and tools. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and is located at Hewitt’s corporate headquarters in Lincolnshire, Illinois.

Wolf most recently led Hewitt’s executive compensation consulting business in the West and Southwest markets. He is a senior executive compensation consultant. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Williams College in Massachusetts and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is located in Hewitt’s office in The Woodlands, Texas.
