JPMorgan Rolls Out Info Site for Bondholders

June 12, 2001 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Clients of JPMorgan Institutional Trust Services, who are bondholders, can now access a range of informational services from the group's new online Bondholder Service Center.

Users can log onto the to the Web site to find out how to:

  • replace or report a lost bond
  • change an owner’s name
  • proceed in the event of a bondholder’s death
  • submit a bond for payment, or
  • effect a transfer.

Other features include:

  • a link to the Internal Revenue Service
  • a button that sends an e-mail directly to a customer service representative, and
  • downloadable tax forms.
