Loring Ward Names Vice President of Retirement Strategies
June 1, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Loring Ward announced that Heather Hooper has joined the firm as the Vice President of Retirement Strategies, a new position for the company, and will head up Loring Ward Total Retirement (LWTR).

LWTR offers a turnkey retirement platform and works with independent advisers to offer a broad range of retirement plan solutions, including 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), Profit Sharing, Defined benefit, and 401(k)/Defined Benefit combos.
Formerly Chief Operating Officer with NextStep Defined Contribution, Inc., Hooper was responsible for daily operations, fund management, trading, plan implementation, administration, IT and relationship management.
“Loring Ward Total Retirement represents a real innovation in the retirement plan marketplace,” Hooper said, in the announcement. “I am excited about the opportunity to build on its capabilities and continue to expand the number of advisors and plans we serve.”
