Mercer Retirement Solutions will offer plan management, asset management, administration, and employee communication to defined contribution and defined benefit plan sponsor. The company said the offering is ideally suited for sponsors with 3,000 or more employees and retirement plan assets of $100 million or more.
Mercer HR is combining with Mercer’s multi-manager asset management platform, delivered by Mercer Global Investments, to provide an integrated solution that will help sponsors reduce costs. “A unique aspect of our offering is that our clients are able to outsource the investment management process for their retirement plans,” said Chris Herman, Americas Business Leader for Mercer Retirement Solutions, in an announcement.
