Miller Joins Oregon Law Firm’s ERISA Practice
June 3, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – Portland, Oregon, law firm Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt has added Wally Miller as a shareholder in an expansion of its practice in employment law and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).

A news release said Miller comes to Schwabe from Gleaves, Swearingen, Potter & Scott. He will advise employers, including publicly held and private employers and municipalities, in all aspects of employee benefits, including retirement plans, health and welfare plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, and ERISA compliance.
Miller graduated from DePaul University College of Law with a juris doctor degree in addition to a master’s degree in taxation.
