Monster Unveils Staffing Firm Recruiting Service

October 10, 2007 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Monster Worldwide Inc., has come out with a program that allows small- to mid-sized staffing firms mix and match standard job postings with Reserve Job Postings.

According to a press release, RecruiterWorks allows its staffing firm customers to permanently reserve spots in any U.S. location that can be modified when one job is filled and another is added. Firms can also draw upon a library of more than 2,000 job descriptions.

RecruiterWorks offers eight Resume Search licenses, ranging from a 100-mile radius to national access, so firms have the capability of saving qualified candidates. It also gives customers a way to organize jobs and candidates with action dates linked to each posting and automatic sorting into appropriate folders.

“Because each staffing firm has its own specific needs, RecruiterWorks enables customization via a host of tools that can be drawn upon whenever they are needed – making this product especially affordable to small- to mid-sized staffing firms,” said John Hennessy, senior vice president of Staffing for Monster, in the press release.
