Morningstar Bringing ClearFuture To AOL

December 5, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Morningstar, Inc has announced plans to offer proprietary investments tools to America Online members.

AOL members, who have had access to investment information provided by Morningstar since 1994, through AOL’s Personal Finance channel, will now have access to investment articles and additional Morningstar services.

  • ClearFuture – allowing members to get free projections on their retirement income by altering up to 12 variables.  
  • Morningstar Fund Selector – screens and ranks mutual funds based on customizable criteria
  • Morningstar Investment Profiles – profiles of nearly 13,000 mutual funds in Morningstar’s database, with information on returns, investment styles, management and other indicators
  • Morningstar Top 25 Fund Lists – list complied based on one, three, five and 10 year return data for different fund categories.
