MyPoints.com Adds Job Search Tools

managers may get a leg up in the recruiting arena by
marketing available openings through a new job-search Web
site.

According to a news media release, the MyPoints.com Web site is adding the MyPoints Career Center to help match job seekers with hiring officials.
The announcement said Mypoints.com is also adding Talentology.com, an employment search engine site, into the new Career Center. According to the company, job seekers can search available jobs by specifying work experience and skills, education, training, and other credentials.
The announcement said members would get 25 points for registering with Talentology.com and 100 points for every employer interview they attend. Job seekers can then redeem their points for air travel, dining, merchandise and other products.
Hiring managers seeking more information can go to the Talentology Web site .
