Northern Trust Enhances Client Communications for Investment Managers
November 12, 2009 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – Northern Trust has introduced new client communications capabilities for its Investment Operations Outsourcing clients.
An announcement said the solution will be provided through an agreement with Equipos, a supplier of client reporting and marketing communications software, including document management and business process management for investment managers. Under the agreement, Northern Trust will deploy the Equipos Coric STR software as part of its Investment Operations Outsourcing service.
The software provides:
- “Highly tailored” and “sophisticated” client reporting;
- Fund fact sheets, pitch books, and other marketing collateral; and
- Support of all output formats including Web reporting, video links, and advanced graphics.
The Equipos solution was created specifically for investment managers and
supports complex requirements which will be integrated into Northern Trust’s asset
servicing platform, including custom branding and white-labeling, investment
commentary, sophisticated graphic rendering capabilities, and workflow across a
broad range of client communications, according to the announcement.
