OnlineBenefits "Ready" With Online Enrollment Program

September 13, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Companies heading into benefits enrollment season may have an easier time thanks to a new free program.

OnlineBenefits, Inc., a provider of Internet-based employee benefit communications, has tacked on a free online enrollment assistance module called Ready…Enroll to its Benergy communications platform.

According to a company announcement, Ready…Enroll is a communication campaign and decision support tool, which can be implemented in a three-step process. The module helps companies prepare their employees for open enrollment.

Online Benefits said it works equally well as the front-end to paper enrollment processes and Web-based enrollment applications, including OnlineBenefits’ Benenroll product.

 In addition to open enrollment, Ready…Enroll can handle new hire orientation, voluntary benefits campaigns, and 401(k) participation drives, the company said.
