PensionOnline Launches 401k Rewards Program

Inc. has launched the 401kRewards Program, offering gift
cards and airline miles to motivate employees to save for
their retirement.

The company said the program will be introduced to employees by their plan advisor, service provider, or sponsor. Employees who sign up will have points credited to their accounts every month through the 401kRewards Web site.
Participants can cash out their points 30 days after they are credited. Gift cards will be mailed to participants, while airline miles will be credited to participants’ accounts with specific airlines.
