July 15, 2004 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The Principal Financial Group has unveiled the Principal Payroll Program, which integrates payroll services, retirement plan administrative services and financial consulting into a single package.

The Principal Payroll Program offersemployers payroll services from regional payroll companies, retirement plan administrative services from The Principal and theconsultative expertise of a financial advisor.   Additionally, the Principal Payroll Program offers both batch submission and individual submission capabilities.

The Principal said the new suite was developed in response to a growing trend toward outsourcing administrative services.
