RealMatch Offers Tool for Quick Check of Resume Accuracy
February 25, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – Jobs site RealMatch has integrated Vizibility's SearchMe links into its job seeker profiles to save employers time when they want to research a candidate online.
Reported by Rebecca Moore
According to a press release, through a simple wizard, the Vizibility service enables job seekers to quickly create the optimal Google search for themselves based on their name, employment history, and relevant keywords. There is no cost for job seekers to create or use a Vizibility SearchMe link, and additional features can be added via an upgrade.
Employers using RealMatch can post jobs across the company’s network at no charge, the announcement said. Employers only pay if they like the resumes that they get for their jobs. They have a seven-day free evaluation period during which they can review resume summaries ($95 for up to six resumes or $195 for unlimited resumes per job posting).
