April 23, 2001 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Employers looking for an alternative recruiting source - or "personal" enrichment - might want to check out a new Internet job board that targets human resources and recruitment professionals.

The board was just launched by AIRS, an Internet recruitment and training service.

It works in the following way:

employers fill in company information to activate their accounts.,
after 24 hours, jobs can then be posted online, updated or removed,
job hunters select job types and locations and are automatically notified via e-mail of matching opportunities, as new jobs are posted.

Over 20,000 candidates have already registered with the AIRS Job Board and while postings will rang in price from$100 for a single post to $2,500 for unlimited yearly postings, all jobs postings are free until the end of April and are posted for 60 days.
