The information gives MarketMap users the ability to identify controversial companies across sectors and countries and compare companies’ ratings with their peers and their sectors.
MarketMap will now offer daily screening of thousands of newspapers, online news pages, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), websites, blogs and governmental agencies in 13 languages to help firms identify environmental, social and corporate governance controversies related to publicly traded companies. MarketMap has also integrated the RepRisk Index (RRI) into its terminal, which analyzes and quantifies this information to provide an indicator for global reputational and financial risks for individual companies and sectors.
