It’s the hummingbird, according to an article by Stanford researchers.
An article in Vox notes that their diet is from mostly sugary sources, and “they have a blood sugar level that would be considered diabetic in humans.” However, with their wings fluttering at 60 to 80 strokes per second, they burn through that sugar quickly.
