Wealth Management Systems, Inc. Appoints Metcalfe as CEO

November 18, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com)-Jude Metcalfe has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Wealth Management Systems, Inc. (WMSI), a provider of technology solutions for financial service companies, according to a press release.

Most recently CEO of Mellon HR Solutions, Metcalfe has also worked at Fidelity Investments, Kwasha Lipton, Prudential Securities, Boston Financial Data Services, and the Bank of New York throughout his career

Tom Loch, former CEO, will now serve as President and Chief Technology Officer and remain Chairman of the Board of Directors.

As CTO, Loch will focus on the development of WMSI’s products and will direct WMSI’s development plans and strategies.

Wealth Management System also recently launched IRA Direct Rollover Application Platform, an electronic interface between record keeping platforms and brokerage account opening applications. The program allows users to transfer existing information such as participant account data and balances from current qualified retirement plans into a retail IRA account.
