Web Site Turns Job Applicants into Marketing Machines

September 5, 2007 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - A California-based company has come out with a product that gives job seekers a way to create a Web site to post videos, update and post their most recent skills and education and manage their job seeking efforts.

According to a press releasewww.MyCreds.net   gives those on the job hunt a place to put all of their job search materials. Users can distinguish their own Web site, “career portal,” which they can then send to potential employers.

Jeff Calannin, who created the product, said in the press release that he built MyCredentials as a way for applicants to present a more detailed snapshot of themselves to allow perspective employers to get a feel for the candidate and their skills and experience.

The services cost users $24.99 a month, or $149.99 for six months, and include unlimited Web storage, a custom URL, availability calendar and Flash graphics.
