The Tell It Now poll by ComPsych Corporation found 39% of workers have not received a raise or their compensation has decreased. One in five respondents report more conflict/stress among coworkers, and Dr. Richard A. Chaifetz, Chairman and CEO of ComPsych, said in a press release that the provider of employee assistance programs has seen increased call volume from employees who need help managing their finances in this challenging environment

Only 20% of employees surveyed said the economic downturn has not impacted their work.
