The product integrates with PeopleSoft’s Human Resources Management suite, allowing users to perform tasks ranging from opening job requisitions to scheduling interviews to rating candidates’ skills.
Additionally integration with PeopleSoft Workforce Analytics allows organizations to measure the effectiveness of their recruiting by tracking the best sources of candidates and analyzing time and cost-to-hire metrics.
Another application is Resume Processing, which enables users to process and review resumes in any data format including faxes and e-mail text and attachments as well as scanned and HTML documents.
In addition, PeopleSoft has partnered with recruiting content suppliers, RecruitUSA, AIRS, and HireRight, to allow hiring managers to:
- post open positions to more than 3,000 Web job boards
- search the Internet for qualified candidates
- conduct pre-employment screenings.
