Sungard Corbel's Enhances Proposal System

August 28, 2001 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - SunGard Corbel has released a new version of its proposal system that allows benefits professionals to compare all types of qualified plans on a single platform.

Sungard’s FDP/PEN Proposal System, which the group acquired in its acquisition of FDP Corporation in 1999, has been enhanced and renamed Relius Proposal Version 6.0

The new version simplifies the process of illustrating advanced plan designs, including cross-tested and new comparability plans. Benefits managers using Relius Proposal and Relius Administration can also easily share data between systems.

Relius Proposal Version 6.0 also incorporates the recently enacted EGTRRA legislative changes affecting defined contribution and defined benefit plans.
