SunGard Enhances Product Line With Pyramid Acquisition

The acquisition means SunGard acquires Pyramid’s suite of retirement industry products, which include:

  • PlanHR
  • PlanOffice
  • PlanRep
  • PlanTransmit
  • PlanVoice
  • PlanWeb
  • PyramidLink
  • PyramidReports

In a company press release, SunGard touts the acquisition as an enhancement to its current suite of products and assures that the acquisition will be seamless to its clients.   Don Mackanos, president of SunGard’s Omni Business Unit, said in the news release, “The pyramid product acquisition helps enhance our industry-leading suite of Web products and helps our long-term strategy to provide our customers best-of-breed functionality.”
