USI Provides Form 5500 Electronic Filing Solution

February 18, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - USI Consulting Group has introduced a new EFAST2 Solution to assist its Direct Solutions clients in meeting Department of Labor-mandated Form 5500 electronic filing requirements.

The new solution is part of the suite of defined contribution plan services provided through USI’s Direct Solutions bundled service program. According to a press release, the Direct Solutions program includes institutional investment advisory services, enrollment and education services, recordkeeping and administration, and compliance services. 

USI said it will be conducting Webcasts to explain the new filing requirements and the effect they have on plan sponsors and auditors, and to demonstrate the new Form 5500 Web Portal, on February 26 at 10:00 a.m. ET and March 2 at 2:00 p.m. ET.
