NOMINATOR COMMENTS

A voluntary church association said: “We have a unique plan, specifically a church plan, that does not fit into many of the basic structures of a recordkeeper platform and thus requires personalized solutions. Keith, our relationship manager, gets this and goes above and beyond to make sure our issues are heard at the highest levels possible. He works on several church plans, not just ours, and is always looking for ways to help us connect with other church plans that use Empower and to find [solutions that] best serve all of us. He and one of his colleagues regularly convene a “faith-based” group of clients so we can discuss [with Empower] any issues we are having and how we might solve some of those. He genuinely cares about our recordkeeping experience and works to make sure we get the best service we can get.

“Some of the data reporting we need must be customized. Harsha has worked with us relentlessly in the past two years to help us develop the data collection processes that give us the data we need. She then facilitates the development of custom reports that are provided to us weekly and monthly to give us with the information we need to manage our plan; these include any compliance concerns she has. Harsha always goes above and beyond to make sure all our questions are answered and that we find a solution to any difficulty or issue we have.”
