NOMINATOR COMMENTS

A biotechnology company said: “Tim managed participant education for our plan. He has been extremely thoughtful about what tools and resources would work best for our employees. He was part of the team to develop a personalized enrollment guide that had the look/feel of our company, and he really thought outside the box to deliver a superior guide. He has provided suggestions about different groups to deliver targeted communications to bump up employee participation.

“Tom is readily available to help with any questions or items we need to address, such as plan changes, a correction needed due to a payroll error, participant issues, etc. Whatever the concern, he is available and will stay engaged and ensure the issue is resolved or completed. Recently, we changed several of our investment options, and he made certain all documents were prepared correctly; he kept on top of the status to ensure funds were added to the platform and all documents were accurately executed. That’s just one example of where, I think, as a client manager, he has gone above and beyond to keep our plan running smoothly, in compliance and managed efficiently.”
