Julie Figueroa (left) serves as a senior retirement plan relationship manager at The Standard, bringing more than 25 years of retirement industry experience. She earned a business management degree from Robert Morris University in Chicago and is a securities-registered representative. Figueroa’s bilingual communication skills are often used in participant education settings. She says she is committed to client advocacy, clear communication and guiding her assigned clients through the complexities of their retirement plan.

Kimberly Temple (right) is an account manager at The Standard. She has 31 years of experience in the retirement plan industry.​ She consults with plan sponsors on participant education​, plan design​, ongoing retirement plan administration support​, plan sponsor and adviser relationships​, and compliance testing and government reporting​.
