CLIENT COMMENTS

“During 2024, Franklin Templeton closed the acquisition of Putnam. The planning for this started in 2023. The acquisition was extremely complex, and the date changed several times. In addition, the fate of the Putnam 401(k) Plan changed as information changed. Jeannine attended, led and participated in numerous meetings over the months, including people from Empower and Putnam, to ensure the transfer of assets from the Putnam Plan to the Franklin Plan went well. There was an added complication of a fund that could not be liquidated, and we all had to be creative. Jeannine worked with all the parties, kept everyone informed, discovered errors, worked with the parties to correct them, assisted everyone with her expertise and followed up months later to make sure all issues were closed. Even through all the frustrations, Jeannine was always pleasant, positive and professional. She’s the best client service professional I’ve ever met.”
