Dana Ware (right) is a senior relationship director with Principal and a Principal securities registered representative. She graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. Ware has worked for the last 30 years in the retirement industry in a variety of roles, from administrator to consultant, but found that her real passion is relationship management. By earning the trust of her clients and collaborating with their financial professionals, she helps navigate the complexities of the retirement plan toward the goal of successful outcomes.

John Norquist (left) is a senior client service manager with Principal. He has a degree in business management from Central Lakes College and more than 23 years of experience in retirement plan administration. Norquist began his career working with clients in smaller market segments, moving his way up to larger clients. He has shown his commitment to his clients by providing a high level of service, reflected in his attention to detail, timely responsiveness and strong rapport.
