Kevin Malley (left) is a strategic relationship manager at Voya Financial, collaborating with Voya’s defined contribution clients. He works with clients to optimize retirement plan design and increase employee engagement and participation. Malley has been in the retirement industry for more than 30 years and has experience in operations leadership and client management across defined contribution, defined benefit, and health and benefit plans. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.

Malley is a registered representative of Voya Financial Partners LLC (member SIPC).

Timothy St. Andrew (right) had been a bank manager for 17 years before joining Voya Financial in February 2018 as a 401(k) plan manager. He was promoted to senior plan manager in 2021, showcasing his expertise and dedication to providing an exceptional client experience. Beyond his professional achievements, Timothy has been a committed volunteer and board member for Pathways/Senderos in New Britain, Connecticut, for nearly a decade, demonstrating his passion for community service and making a positive impact.
