BIO

Natasha Grant (left) is an accomplished retirement plan manager with 18 years of experience at T. Rowe Price. She earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Morgan State University and an MBA with a concentration in human resources management from Strayer University. Grant’s career began in the participant service center, followed by management roles in operations support, retail services and high-net-worth client services before transitioning to work with plan administrators to deliver exceptional retirement solutions.

Robert Rooks (right) is a relationship manager for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services Inc.  Rooks’ industry experience began in 1987, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2018.  Previously, he served as a relationship manager with Prudential Retirement.  Before that, Rooks was employed by Arthur Andersen and Watson Wyatt, consulting with clients on their retirement and benefit plans.  He earned a bachelor of arts degree in actuarial science from University of Illinois.  He also has earned the Certified Pension Consultant credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.  Rooks is a Series 7 and 63 registered representative.
