Matt Gayman (left) is a program director for Nationwide’s retirement solutions distribution team. He is responsible for the retention and growth of government plans in Arizona, southern Nevada and New Mexico. He leads a team of senior retirement specialists and manages a local field office focused on serving plans and participants. He joined Nationwide in August 2005 with 28 years of industry experience.

Gayman earned his bachelor of science degree from Arizona State University and his master of science management degree from the American College of Financial Services. He holds FINRA Series 7, 6, 26, 63 and 66 licenses and state insurance licenses.

Ninoska Metcalfe (right) is a senior retirement specialist for Nationwide’s retirement solutions distribution team. She is responsible for the retention and growth of government plans in Arizona, including cities and counties. She joined Nationwide in July 2011 with 20 years of experience in the financial sector, banking and investments.

Ninoska earned her bachelor of economics degree from the University of Central America in Nicaragua and her MBA from Arizona State University. She speaks both Spanish and English and holds FINRA Series 6, 63 and 66 licenses and state insurance licenses.
